New Energy Breakthrough: The MEG will soon give us all Free Energy - forever!

Hello everyone

Considering the tens of billions of dollars invested in extracting more oil and the corrupting influence the oil barons have on the politics of the entire world, especially in the U.S., it is no wonder that no new energy breakthrough has been "allowed" so far on a large enough scale to threaten their energy empire. Yet here comes a most promising device that, if mass-produced and made available around the world, could mean an almost overnight change of such massive proportions that it would make the mass extinction of the dinosaurs seems trivial in comparison - and literally save the world from terminal pollution illness. The time has come for the era of fire - upon which so much of our energy needs depends - to end. This may seem like an impossible dream, yet if enough of us conspire to make it possible, and with God's help, it will happen.

So be it!

***IMPORTANT NOTE***

May I also remind you that you are all invited to come participate to the Solstice "Love" Festival I'm organizing here from June 19 to 22. I need to find out pretty soon how many people will actually come. I also have now put online several webpages with all the necessary details and lots of beautiful pictures to give you a good idea of what this unique event will be. If you are interested to find out more, just ask me so at globalvisionary@cybernaute.com with "Send me more info on the Solstice Festival" in the subject header of your email and I'll communicate the relevant URL to you. Here is an excerpt of an email I'm sending tonight to those who have already expressed an interest in participating...

"The crux of the matter is that in view of the global challenges our world faces when considering the numerous difficulties we need to successfully overcome in the next few decades, there are several important aspects of the divine spiritualization Plan for humanity that events such as the Solstice Love Festival can and do contribute to manifest. Living entirely within the soul-enhancing context of a love-driven meeting of spiritually awakening humans can immeasurably assist in heightening the love vibrations on this planet. It does not take millions of people living and expressing absolute unconditional love to make a significant difference in the overall consciousness and spontaneous heart response of the entire human family. Actually, even just a few thousand people consciously choosing to BE living expressions of the universal tonality of unconditional Love can act over time as catalyzing agents of global change. This is what this Love Festival is all about."

"The steam engine propelled us out of the agrarian age; the internal combustion engine propelled us out of the industrial age; and Bearden’s MEG will carry us into the information age while freeing us from pollution and the kinds of economics that help to breed wars and the rumors of wars."

Free Energy Is Here Now

We are announcing an event of historical nature. It occurred on March 26, 2002 - a day that will probably go down in history as being equally important to the quality of life on Planet Earth as that faraway, unknown moment when our ancestors discovered how to make fire.

In the beginning, heat and light were free to mankind, and now they will be again. Unlimited free energy!

As we reported earlier, we felt that if plans for water-fueled automobile engines were allowed to be released, as our February issue proves that they have been, this would be an indication that free energy devices also would finally be allowed. We didn't realize that it would come this quickly, but it is here now.

CLIP

The MEG is no theory. This patent constitutes absolute proof that zero point energy is real. We don't have to ask if it works any more. We now have a working model to prove it. Only a few days ago, the United States patent office granted US Patent #6,362,718 to the four inventors: Stephen L. Patrick, Thomas E. Bearden, James C. Hayes, and Kenneth D. Moore.

The MEG (Motionless Electromagnetic Generator), with no moving parts, will give a steady flow of 2.5 Kilowatts forever without the input of any fuel whatsoever. The science under which the MEG operates is being called Longitudinal Scalar Electromagnetics.

What do we have to hope for? Assuming that it is healthy for life, which must be determined, the MEG will be a good beginning. Next year, in 2003, the MEG will go into production, meaning you will be able to actually buy one and take your home "off the grid" - which is the very theme of this month's Spirit of Ma'at.

The MEG also means that electrical cars will become a reality, because they will never ever run out of electricity.

After the initial shock on the market, it can also mean no more oil cartels plunging us into wars, running our governments and our lives. The US can finally, once and for all, be free of foreign oil. Is this not the direction our President has been asking for?

George W. Bush has a bill before Congress to help fund alternative fuels in automobiles. Though it was originally aimed at making it easy for people to install fuel cells, running cars with the MEG would qualify under the new bill, and would solve so many of our energy problems.

At the present level of this new technology, it's going to take about eight (2.5 kilowatts each) of these MEG devices connected in series to run your house. A more powerful model on the drawing boards will enable you to run your house with just two 10-kilowatt units.

March 26, 2002. Remember this day, for free energy is now becoming a reality on Earth. At least, it definitely appears that way. CLIP

Jean-Louis Naudin, the French scientist who successfully replicated the Motionless Electromagnetic Generator (MEG) in France, announced the granting of the patent to an email list. His message is printed below, with the gleeful encouragement of its author.

Tom Bearden's MEG IS PATENTED

Dear ALL,

GOOD NEWS !!!!

The Motionless Electromagnetic Generator from Tom Bearden is now PATENTED. US 6,362,718 granted on March 26, 2002

US Patent 6,362,718: Motionless Electromagnetic Generator (MEG)

Abstract: An electromagnetic generator without moving parts includes a permanent magnet and a magnetic core including first and second magnetic paths. A first input coil and a first output coil extend around portions of the first magnetic path, while a second input coil and a second output coil extend around portions of the second magnetic path. The input coils are alternatively pulsed to provide induced current pulses in the output coils. Driving electrical current through each of the input coils reduces a level of flux from the permanent magnet within the magnet path around which the input coil extends. In an alternative embodiment of an electromagnetic generator, the magnetic core includes annular spaced-apart plates, with posts and permanent magnets extending in an alternating fashion between the plates. An output coil extends around each of these posts. Input coils extending around portions of the plates are pulsed to cause the induction of current within the output coils.

I GOT THOSE 2 REPLIES ON MY QUERY

From: "Hal Fox" <halfox@qwest.net>
Subject: Bearden, et al. patent on SEG
Date: Wed, 10 Apr 2002

Dear Jean Hudon,

Tom Bearden is a close personal friend and one whom I have great respect for. To the best of my judgement, I believe that they have a device, a Stationary Electromagnetic Generator (SEG) which can be commercialized. [aka MEG]

The letter from Jean-Louis Naudin has a bit of "happy talk." For example, the issuing of a patent is not proof that something works. The basic concept of a patent is that one skilled in the art is able to replicate the device described in the patent.

Tom Bearden recently wrote that a second patent application has been made and that it includes some "better stuff" than in the first patent application. It is usual in developing a new technology that improvements will be rapidly made. There are thousands of transistor patents stemming from the first one that was issued in 1945.

If I had the available funds, I would invest with Tom Bearden's group. That is the best vote of confidence that I can offer. I am certainly applauding him and his associates and wish them the best of good fortune in their further development toward commercialization.

We have asked for an article from this group, when they deem it appropriate, to publish in the Journal of New Energy.

Best personal regards,

Hal Fox

Bearden’s Free Energy MEG Destined For Chapter Eleven

April 14, 2001
Marshall Masters

On March 26, 2002, American inventor Tom Bearden was awarded United States Patent number 6,362,718 for his revolutionary Motionless Electromagnetic Generator (MEG). In order to get that patent, Bearden had to provide the Patent Office with a working prototype, which he did! Given that Bearden’s MEG can be easily produced without exotic manufacturing techniques or expensive rare Earth minerals, the possibility that America can quickly become energy independent is a real possibility -- maybe.

Rather than accolades and honors, Bearden and his MEG are more destined for a disastrous if not fatal future with Chapter 11 from two different legal sources. First will be North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Chapter 11, and unless Congress works quickly to protect this phenomenal discovery, Chapter 11 Bankruptcy will then kill off whatever is left and doom us all to continued oil dependency.

Why YOWUSA Supports Bearden’s MEG

The awarding of a patent to Bearden for his MEG has essentially gotten a blip in the mainstream media if any. Given that the US Patent Office does not hand out patent numbers for pie-in-the-sky ideas why isn’t the mainstream media jumping on this?

One could argue that this is because vested interests want to squelch this incredible gift to mankind, which could very well be the case. However, what we see is that the media’s relative inattentiveness is largely due to the geekish manner in which it has been presented to the public. Yet, the word is getting out.

After seeing the MEG announcement on the Unknown Country web site, I was intrigued and contacted my other YOWUSA writers asking them to investigate the technology. At first they were skeptical as most folks are, but what stuck in my mind was the fact that BEARDEN WAS AWARDED A PATENT.

To be honest, the vast majority of documents we’ve seen on this technology are typical technobabble designed to impress scientific peers. Yet, Bearden’s MEG, if self-motivated interests do not block it, represents an evolutionary development that will profoundly change our lives.

Or look at it this way. The steam engine propelled us out of the agrarian age; the internal combustion engine propelled us out of the industrial age; and Bearden’s MEG will carry us into the information age while freeing us from pollution and the kinds of economics that help to breed wars and the rumors of wars.

All of this notwithstanding, our most skeptical critic was Jacco van der Worp, YOWUSA’s resident physicist. After a healthy dose of my “good-natured” cajoling, Jacco agreed to review the patent and then discuss it with me.

We both read through the patent materials and related web pages before I called him last Sunday in the Netherlands. We spoke for over three hours and we beat this thing back and forth till we finally came to the conclusion that Bearden actually has done it! Further, if anyone deserves to become a Nobel Laureate, it is Tom Bearden. OK, so what’s in it for us you ask?

YOWUSA has no vested interest in this technology, other than the fact that we’re all drooling to hook a MEG up to our homes.

Yet, we fear that may not happen in our lifetimes unless an immediate groundswell of support is not quickly generated to counter the antics of the vested interest’s “honorable” members of the legal profession, who will descend upon Bearden to tie up the MEG with useless litigation on behalf of their self-interested clients for years, if not decades.

Therefore, this article, which is the first of a series of articles YOWUSA will run on the incredible MEG, is focused on the real threat that lurks in the shadows for Bearden and his noble aims – NAFTA.

In the coming weeks, we also plan to publish an article titled “A Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Free Energy MEG” by Jacco van der Worp and “Bearden, The Free Energy Man” by Janice Manning.

But for now, let’s focus on NAFTA and why it presents a deadly threat to Bearden’s MEG.

CLIP

This Note begins by highlighting the recent Methanex Chapter 11 claim involving the State of California.

Methanex, a Canadian chemical manufacturer and importer, claimed $1.6 billion in damages over California’s ban of the chemical MTBE. Despite the EPA’s classification of MTBE as a possible carcinogen and an academic study that documented its presence in over ten thousand groundwater sites, Methanex claimed that California’s ban “expropriated” their investment.

Methanex argued it is due just and timely compensation for this purported expropriation. Moreover, Chapter 11 disputes, by and large, remain closed to public scrutiny because of the rules of international investment arbitration.

CLIP

Under Chapter 11 the signatory nations are prevented from "directly or indirectly nationaliz[ing] an investment" or taking measures "tantamount to nationalization or expropriation" (emphasis added), and therein lies the distinction. By expanding government responsibility for compensation beyond direct takings, the architects of Chapter 11 have enabled foreign corporations doing business in Mexico, Canada, or the United States to seek reimbursement for any government law, rule, or regulation that impinges upon the company's profits. An illustration of the implications of this seemingly minor alteration of language is a feud between the Methanex Corporation and the state of California.

Methanex, a Canada-based company, produces methanol, a crucial ingredient in the gasoline additive MTBE. Because MTBE improves air quality by enabling gasoline to burn cleaner, it was added to fuel in cities throughout the United States. The problem, as California residents soon realized, is that MTBE causes cancer in laboratory animals. By 1995 MTBE, a chemical almost impossible to remove from groundwater, had infiltrated 30 public water systems in the state. Out of concern for public safety, the California Legislature authorized the governor to ban MTBE if further testing of the substance confirmed its deleterious health effects. In 1999, after additional laboratory testing, Gov. Gray Davis authorized the phase out of the chemical.

Faced with the prospect of losing a significant market for one of its products, Methanex sought a remedy to replace the revenue to be lost to the California ban. It found its answer with Chapter 11. Claiming that Gov. Davis' action amounted to a taking of the company's future profits and market share, Methanex filed suit against the United States seeking $970 million in compensation. Yet because of rules that are a departure from protections afforded in the United States' courts, California cannot even participate in its own defense.

Simply put, if a Canadian company can use NAFTA to override California’s energy and environmental policies to their own benefit, the door is wide open for harassment actions by the international investor class to impede or even stop the adoption of Tom Bearden’s free energy MEG.

Impossible you say? Go ask California what is and is not possible when it comes to NAFTA. They’ll tell you that it will be fresh grist for the NAFTA Chapter Eleven mill and time will prove them right… unless…

Let’s Get Behind The MEG Right Now!

The mainstream media in America is controlled by a handful of major corporations who firmly believe that what is good for them is good for everyone else too! We cannot depend on them to support this technology and push for its adoption. They are simply too controlled by vested interests.

Everyone, let’s get to understand this patented technology. Send letters to friends and to your elected representatives. Our only hope is to create public awareness before the international investor class destroys this wonderful gift to mankind.

CHERNOBYL DAY PROTESTS IN MOSCOW - UNPRECEDENTED VIOLENCE FROM KREMLIN POLICE

Activists protesting against nuclear waste imports and journalists beaten by police near Kremiln

On April 25 young activists from 30 Russian cities gathered in the center of Moscow on the Red Square to protests against nuclear waste shipment to Russia and against nuclear energy development in general. Action was dedicated to 16 anniversary of Chernobyl nuclear disaster.

Activists dressed in special uniform, marked by "radiation danger" sign crawled across the Red Square up to the Kremlin gates. This symbolized bringing of the nuclear waste right to the Kremlin, where the chief decision-maker sits.

Journalists from international media outlets came to cover the event. One must say that action on the Red Square was a bold venture, as it is one of the most guarded places in Russia.

The action lasted for approximately 10 minutes, when police came and without any warnings or requests to leave the place started beating people up. One of the girls was slammed with its head against bars of the metal fence, Vladimir Slivyak, SEU Antinuclear Campaign, was thrown down and stampeded by police boots. More than 20 activists from Moscow, Kaliningrad, Voronezh, Vladimir, Yekaterinburg, Ryazan, Orel, Ozersk (city where Mayak nuclear waste processing plant is situated) got arrested. Not only activists suffered from unprecedented police violence. Journalists who came to cover the event were also beaten and arrested, their video and photo cameras were taken away, videotapes and film cassettes were take out of the cameras. One of the cameras was broken. Multiple tourists walking around the Red Square observed this battlefield.

Police searched the nearest streets for activists and journalists who escaped from the Square.
Among police victims are journalists from Internews and several newspapers - they got arrested. Videotapes were taken from Reuters crew.

"After the action the square was covered by the light-stuck films," - says one of the witnesses.
"We have not seen such violence from police for a long time. It seems that there was a special order to act like this" - says another activists who escaped the arrest and managed to smuggle the film and camera away.

WHOA, WE'RE HALFWAY THERE
While the U.S. bandies about toothless plans to cut greenhouse gases, the European Union is almost halfway to achieving the emissions reductions mandated by the Kyoto Protocol on climate change. According to the European Environment Agency, the 15-nation bloc has successfully decreased emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases to 3.5 percent below 1990 levels; under Kyoto, E.U. levels must drop to 8 percent below 1990 levels by 2008-2012. But the good news is slightly deceptive; thanks to big reductions in Germany and Britain, E.U. emissions were already 3.8 percent below 1990 levels in 1999 -- so in fact, current levels represent a slight increase in the last few years. The increase is partly due to more reliance on coal in Britain, but nine other countries are also problem polluters, with Spain the farthest from reaching its target emissions reductions.

I'M TOO SEXY FOR MY GILLS
A transgenic version of the North Atlantic salmon is the first genetically engineered animal up for review by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use as food. The fish looks more or less like its natural cousin, but it grows seven times faster and is, we kid you not, sexier (if you're a salmon of the opposite sex, that is). Scientists achieved those characteristics by including genes from Chinook salmon and ocean pout fish. Aqua Bounty Farms, of Waltham, Mass., hopes to farm and market the Frankensalmon, but environmentalists fear mutant salmon could escape and disrupt the already-threatened wild population. The fish is likely to join the ranks of cows with bovine growth hormone and genetically modified corn and soybeans as watershed species in the battle over bioengineered foods. Maryland and Oregon already have laws regulating transgenic fish, and Alaska and California are considering outright bans.

BAD AIR DAY
As if California didn't have enough of a smog problem all by itself, now it and other parts of the nation are suffering from air pollution blown in from China. Toxic pollutants from power plants, factories, and farms travel on wind currents across the ocean and mingle with our own less-than-perfect air to create an international smog blanket that is particularly acute on the West Coast. The smog is associated with a wide range of health problems, including heart attacks, respiratory difficulties, and premature death. U.S. air quality officials fear that the foreign smog will complicate attempts to regulate pollution and meet clean air standards in California and elsewhere. Last week, a team of scientists launched the Intercontinental Transport and Chemical Transformation 2002 Project, which will collect and analyze air pollution samples through late May to try to trace the path of pollutants across the Pacific.

GOODBYE, FAREWELL, SO LUNG
About one in two Americans breathe unhealthy air, according to a report released today by the American Lung Association. In real numbers, that translates to more than 142 million Americans living in areas where the U.S. EPA has found smog levels to be unhealthful. A lot of those areas are in -- you guessed it -- California: Six of the nation's 10 smoggiest counties are in the Golden State, while the others are in Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina. If you're looking to coddle your lungs, you could try moving to (among other cities) Spokane, Wash., Colorado Springs, Colo., Duluth, Minn., Flagstaff, Ariz., Lincoln, Neb., or Honolulu, Hawaii, all of which earned high marks from the American Lung Association. Or you could try pressuring the U.S. government to enforce pollution standards: The report blamed the widespread poor air quality on industry pressure and the resultant failure of the feds to stand by clean air rules. The U.S. EPA estimates that enforcing existing clean air standards would prevent 15,000 premature deaths, 350,000 asthma cases, and 1 million childhood respiratory problems per year.

UK Brazil's smuggled wildlife toll (16 April, 2002)
Poverty spurs many Brazilians to raid the wild

Campaigners in Brazil believe the illegal wildlife trade is so extensive that some species may be driven close to extinction. They say poachers are taking an estimated 38 million birds, animals and reptiles from the wild each year. Some are caught to provide meat, or for use in traditional medicine. But most are stolen for sale to foreign collectors at huge profits.

The claims come from the Brazilian National Network against the Trafficking of Wild Animals (Renctas). They are revealed in Rich Pickings, a film made by the Television Trust for the Environment (TVE) in its Earth Report series, and shown on BBC World.

Go at http://news.bbc.co.uk/olmedia/cta/progs/02/earth_report/11apr.ram to watch BBC World and its report on Brazil's wildlife. TVE says the illegal wildlife trade in Brazil is an issue of law and order, poverty, and the greed of people in wealthier countries.

Little success

It is now Brazil's most profitable activity after arms and drug smuggling. Interpol says the global illegal wildlife trade is worth $6 billion a year. Renctas was founded three years ago by Dener Giovanini, and his work led to the establishment of Brazil's first environmental police force.

But the campaigners say the police manage to intercept just 0.5% of smuggled wildlife. The profit on endangered species can be as high as 2,000%. Dener receives regular death threats, but he will not give up. He says: "I am scared for myself, but most of all I am scared for everyone who works with me. But even if the traffickers kill me, our work will continue because we are already a network. Over 30,000 people are working together in this war. They can do what they like with me, but they'll never stop us."

Unlimited offer

The TVE crew filmed a meeting with traffickers at their hotel, using a concealed camera. One told them: "I can get what you want - monkeys, turtles, parrots, macaws, whatever you want." At a dealer's home they saw a parrot which would sell for $2,000 to a foreign buyer, with endangered species including marmosets, eagles and turtles.

They went to a forest with collectors who raided a parakeet's nest, intending to sell the hatchlings as baby parrots, which fetch much more. One collector said: "We know this is illegal, but it's the only way we can make a living. It's better than buying a gun and going out there shooting and robbing people. If you do that, you end up dead."

No deterrent

A dealer in Rio de Janeiro claimed he could provide anything a collector wanted. He said: "I can get you a toucan for $130. Yellow or red breasted macaws are $600. I bring in 200 turtles at a time from Bahia - I carry them in my pockets. I've lost count of the amount of police checkpoints I've gone through like this."

On a trip to the Amazon the crew posed as biologists to win the confidence of an indigenous tribe. They saw animals and birds tightly chained, or kept in small cages, apparently destined for Brazilian cities. In Belem, on the coast, a herbal medicine seller told them she was no longer allowed to sell any animal products, though she offered them some when they switched off their cameras.

To show how easy it is to smuggle wildlife, one Renctas agent carried a baby boa constrictor in a plastic bottle in his luggage on an internal flight, without once being searched. TVE says the Brazilian Government wants to stop the traffickers, but will need international help if it is to succeed.
